Darrell Bailey is a Reliability Manager for Calumet Inc., where he has spent over 10 years providing technical support, quality training, and equipment and lubrication troubleshooting for Calumet customers and distributors.
He brings 36 years of expertise in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, and reliability maintenance to the Value-Added Services Team. His experience extends from hands-on to supervision, plant maintenance and engineering management, project management, system design, and training.
Darrell is well versed in all aspects of oil analysis, lubrication system audits, and system troubleshooting. He has successfully completed numerous process improvement projects in a range of facilities, from water treatment to high-speed manufacturing.
