Bel-Ray High Performance Fork Oil 10W is mineral oil based and formulated with anti-wear and anti-foam additives.  The front forks of a motorcycle do not have a requirement for synthetic lubricant.  Bel-Ray High Performance Fork Oil 10W will provide the wear protection and the anit-foam characteristic your front forks need.

Check our out website at www.belray.com the Powersports section has a feature, Lubricant Advisor that lists all the Bel-Ray Performance Products we recommend for your motorcycle.

Dear Jukka,

Thank you for writing in.

Bel-Ray is introducing Bel-Ray EXS Synthetic Ester 4T Engine Oil 10W-40 on December 1, 2010.  Until you can get the EXS 10W-40 we recommend you use the EXS 5W-40 which will provide the same operating temperature viscosity but will have a slightly lower viscosity at start up.

The new Bel-Ray Blue Tac Chain Lube was developed when we were working with the Ducati racing team in Italy.  The Ducati team tested the Bel-Ray Blue Tac Chain Lube and said it was the best chain lube they had ever tested.  This new product is clear and after only 15 minutes of set time absolutely will not fling off at all.

I would use the new Bel-Ray Blue Tac Chain Lube for all street bikes and the SuperClean for racing off road bikes.

Thanks for using Bel-Ray Performance Products for all these years.

Regards,

SirTech
