Now that the exciting indoor season of Monster Energy AMA Supercross has come to an end, total performance lubricant manufacturer, Bel-Ray, today announced its line-up of sponsored riders for the 2015 outdoor season, competing in the AMA National Pro Motocross Series.

Defending 2014 outdoor champion, Ken Roczen returns to the track, riding for RCH Soaring Eagle/Jimmy Johns/Suzuki Factory Racing with the support of Bel-Ray. Despite being plagued by a late season injury in this year’s Supercross championship, the 21 year-old rider is eager to return to outdoor racing and fight for consecutive titles.

New for this year, Bel-Ray is proud to also announce its sponsored roster for this season has added championship winner Christophe Pourcel, who will race a Husqvarna FC 450 for the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Race Team; joining teammates Jason Anderson, Martin Davalos, Zach Osborne and Zach Bell. The Frenchman has had a number of successes over the last nine years; winning the 2006 FIM Motocross World MX2 Championship and taking the top spot in the AMA-Lites Supercross series in 2009 and 2010.

“This year’s supercross season has been a whirlwind of achievement for our roster of sponsored riders,” said Bel-Ray Vice President of Marketing, Leah Herrington. “We’ll look to the riders to build upon their consistent and measured improvement at each race in the indoor season and really make some waves outside with Motocross – fighting for podiums and ultimately the overall championship. Bel-Ray is committed to providing each of its riders and teams with the best quality lubricants and service chemicals to make their bikes as competitive and reliable as possible.”

In total, nine Bel-Ray sponsored riders across four teams will take to the dirt to ride in the AMA National Pro Motocross Series when the season kicks off on May 16 at the Hangtown Motocross Classic in Sacramento, Calif.

Each week, Bel-Ray will publish a release to reflect the results of its team and privateer supported riders competing in that weekends race.
