Molylube Water Based Dry Film Lubricant
Molylube Water Based Dry Film Lubricant, commonly known as Molylube N, is a water-based, inorganic-bonded dry film lubricant formulated for applications exposed to temperatures of -184ºC to 399ºC (-300ºF to 750ºF). This aqueous dispersion of molybdenum disulfide, or moly, and graphite lubricating solids bonds strongly to surfaces while reducing friction and providing good high load carrying capability. Molylube Water Based Dry Film Lubricant provides excellent lubrication when normal oils and greases are ineffective or present a risk of fire. Molylube Water Based Dry Film Lubricant excels in the lubrication of cement kilns, driers, pelletizers and agglomerators (support pads, retainer blocks and inner bore of kiln riding rings and the kiln skin beneath the riding ring).
