How often should you change the oil in your bike.

If you have a bike that is lubricated by a very small amount of oil and the oil provides lubrication for the engine, transmission and clutch, you should change this oil more often. A good benchmark is every thousand miles.

If your oil lubricates only the engine and the engine oil volume is three or four liters, you can run the oil for three thousand miles.

For a race engine you should change the oil every race or every other race. The best advice we could give a customer is to follow the OEM recommended oil change intervals. The OEM usually tell owners to change the oil more often than is necessary.
