AMA Supercross BMX Update The Monster Energy/AMA Supercross Series stormed into San Diego, CA on February 6th. The weekend brought with it another storm that dropped a lot of rain but the Dirt Wurx crew has been working overtime to stay one step ahead of the weather. Bubash Places at Stunt Wars Bel-Ray sponsored stunt rider Brian Bubash just returned home to Pittsburg, Pennslvania after competing in Stunt Wars which was held at the Central Florida Racing Complex January 22 – 24th. Brian placed 5th in the Individual contest and 3rd in the Stoppie contest which wasn’t bad considering that he’s been off the bike for a few months due to weather contsraints. Brian said, "It was great to be back on the bike, but I wasn't where I wanted to be in the rankings." Thierry van den Bosch
As most of the riders from his generation, Van Den Bosch started off his rider's career with Motocross taking part in several National series in France. Though he never made it to any International series due to several injuries to his knees. Moving on to go-kart racing for a short while, in the nineties VDB moved his first steps in SuperMoto and the association with countryman Marcel Seurat was the key to start VDB's bursting career.
